We offer free prescriptions for fully funded medicines only. Free urban delivery (for 4 or more prescription items)$6.50 for urban delivery & a flat rate of $8.50 for rural addresses. Other charges relating to partially-funded, non-subsidised medicines, specialist or dental prescriptions will apply. Bulk/Heavy items may incur an extra fee for delivery

No, if authorisation to leave (ATL) parcel has been given and additional instructions have been provided. **EXCEPTION - for controlled, temperature-sensitive, and expensive medicines that can't be left unattended due to health and safety reasons.
